Free webinar on best way to learn photography

On 23 July 3.30pm Pacific Time/10.30pm UTC I’ll be giving a free webinar on ‘The Best Way to Learn Photography’.

There are so many ways to learn photography, so many modes of teaching, which is best for you? Or which is best for what you want to learn? Each way has its own pros and cons. I’ll be checking out all the main ones for you to share my experience, thoughts and views.

When you register, you can ask me your burning question. I’ll be picking some questions to answer at the end of the session.

I’ll be making a special offer on my ‘Four Steps to Winning Photography’ course during the webinar. Be sure to attend if you’re interested in taking the course.

Click here to register. If you can’t make the time, don’t worry. Register anyway, and I’ll tell you about repeats.

    Hi Tom,
I’ve started photography about 1.5 years ago, basically learning from the web. I’m about to embark on a 8 lesson beginners photography course soon.
Your site was recommended by our church friend. His wife attended one of your seminar in Singapore.
Hope I’ll be able to discover more about my camera!

Most courses start you off Teaching the technicalities of cameras and their settings, and lenses too. That’s fine as a start – technicalities are one of the four elements that make a picture. You can learn more from my books, and I’ll also be creating courses with more technical content. But when you have had enough of photo-technique have a look at my “Four Steps to Winning Photography” online course which is designed to help you make the most of your technical skills by adding some of the key extra elements that lead towards a fine photograph. In the meantime, have fun with all your learning!
